JL Building did work for us that started in November 2018. The work required the roof being opened up to accomodate a gable roof & pergola over an existing 2nd storey structure. The access was a tricky but Josh’ innovative approach had minimal impact on us whilst we still lived in the house. Disruptive storms arrived at the end of November, whilst the roof was open but not a drop got through to the internal ceiling areas. Josh and his team were reliable, did what they said they would do & bought the project in on time & on budget. The result is excellent, the workmanship outstanding. We have no hesitation in recommending Josh & if we do any further work we will seek Josh out.

JL Building completed a full house renovation and second story addition for us in 2018. As our first renovation this was a really daunting process, but we were so happy with the end result. Communication throughout the build was excellent, and Josh put in a lot of attention to detail with design finishes, some of which were just Pinterest images that he made come to life. We were glad that we engaged Josh and his team and would use JL Building again for future projects.
